What is the name of the book where a flower hypnotises people on the moon?

There's a bubble on the moon, a guy escapes from the bubble, finds a cave, and discovers a lost thought-to-be-dead guy who has been hyponotised by some crazy flower in the cave... haha. Anybody know what I'm talking about?
