Lied at meps question?

ya i lied at meps. i fifnt tell them about a biopsy procedure on my leg, went to a family therapist, and sprianed my wrist. if i tell meps about this now (im in DEP) will it disqualify me from joining. or do i stay quiet. im a paranoid about this cus i have chose a job with a TS clearance and im scared that the investigator will find out and i'll be charged with fraudulent enlistment. so do i tell meps and will the DQ me or not.
