On 9/11, did anybody see with their own eyes the plane hit the Pentagon?

There's a whole city right next to the Pentagon. I-95 has a close-up and clear view of the Pentagon. Did somebody see with their own eyes, A PLANE physically hitting that building? If you did can you describe it?
