Chances of me conceiving?

I had on the day i ovulated and 3 days before. i have this fertile focus microscope that detects 4-5 days before i ovulate. the first day i got the ferning(meaning im in fertile stage) was the 20th so me and my hubby had . we didnt have tell the 23rd (yesterday) and i had ferning that day too. but today the ferning is gone. so i guess i ovulated yesterday. my question is do i have a high chance of becoming pregnant? has anyone gotten pregnant on the day of their ovulation date?
