Creationists, please tell me, if humans are not animals, as you claim, please tell me what are we?

I am a creationist and I too reject the notion that human beings are not animals: we are the most extraordinary kind of animal that God created. While I disagree with my fellow creationists on this issue, I think it is worth mentioning that, when they think of "animals," they are probably thinking of "beasts": we are not beasts. The reason that creationists are so rigid on this matter is that Darwinists, or secularists, are equally insistent that human beings are non-spiritual and this is simply not true.
