How Do I Get Scene Hair :(?

Imma guy and I have finally got the scene look down. But i needz the hair. My dad is strict so no dying. I have medium length, brown hair. And it kills me to say this but...similar to Justin Biebers -_- Can anyone help me? And i would feel a bit weird walkin into a salon with a picture of some dood lol.
