I have achieved a bfp of 24% from 33% three months ago. But while my legs and upper body look fabulous, my and hips are still very fatty. I've been told that 24% bfp is healthy and fit, but Im not satisfied. Am I going to have to go down as far as 15-17% bfp to meet my expectations, or is there something else I can do to reduce the fat in those areas?
