Why cant I get a Youtube acount?

I already signed up but when I try to sign in it sends me back to the same sign in menu.And sometimes it takes me to the homepage and says invalid parameters,why?? And when I try to get a MTV account it just takes me to the same menu and says I am logged off, plz hlp :(
