What is the fear of eating in front of people called?

Me and one of my friends, Oj, have this weird... phobia. We don't like eating in front of people. We are very out going. It's not a 'social phobia', it's just we don't like to eat in front of others. Like in cafeterias and such. I'm quite curious as to what it would be called, and maybe how you could deal with it.
