What is the best Fax freeware for Windows XP ?

Please kindly help me to find the best Fax freeware for WinXP. I am tired of using widows built in Fax consol. It cant do a simple thing like resending a Fax. I used to WinFax Pro 10.0 that was a great software but Symentec has stopped continuing it. for winXP (Poolish decision by them?). Please give me the down load site.
