What could this be? Help please?

My son is fed and he does this occasionally as well. One thing I learned was try to keep him still for a good ten minutes after he eats. It always upsets me, too. I told my dr about it and he said it was normal, but to be safe you could ask yours as well since I don't know much about the formula.
