Scholarship? Help! What?

i was wondering if i could get a full ride 4 year scholarship to a division I college (UT - University of Texas). In athletics i run the 400 m and in school i am in the top 3% of a cl of 800. my high school is ranked like one of the best in the state and the teachers say the colleges take that into hand for scholarships (for example they have higher multipliers than for the other schools). what will my time hav to be for the 400? And will my grades allow me to get a full scholarship to UT? our school is on a 120 scale so wut will i hav to get on gpa and sat and that stuff. btw i am 15 and a freshman.
