How can my pc knock other pcs off a congested server?

i have to log into a kiosk site to pick up work hours on my schedule, the problem is so many other users sre running autobots which is not permitted to check the site under multiple accounts it slows the server so much its hard to get hours, i want to know how when i enter the site how i can bum them right off the server
