Guy trouble, PLEASE HELP!!!?

Ok so Ive known this guy michael since i was 4 yrs old and Me and Him were so close back then. But we grew apart and now were gettin close again.. Im startin to realize I like him more than a friend.. Hes the only guy I can truly be myself around.. and I can only be myself around 2 people. He lives right down the road from me ((2 houses)). I see him everyday except when hes at his dads. His mom and step dad like me. Ive never really met his dad since him and his mom separated when we first met.. idk exactly how to tell him or even if i should. because i cant tell if he likes me or not.. he acts the same around all girls.. Hes sweet, cute, funny, great sense of humor, goofy, hyper as crap lol. I just dont know what to do.. only my Friend Angela knows i like him.. What do i do please help
