Find cheap Hotel on Fitzgerald St, Melbourne?

I am going to Melbourne this October to see my friends. They are living on Fitzgerald st-West sunshine-VIC 3020, Melbourne. However, for some reasons they can not go to airport to pick me up. Would you please teach me how to get to Fitzgerald St. from Melbourne airport. And it would be highly appreciated if you could recommend any cheap hotel or motel along Fitzgerald St. Thank you very much
