Do you think it was just the alcohol talking?

My best guy friend, who i've been good platonic friends with for years, and I got really drunk and he kept talking about "that feeling when all you want to do is kiss a girl" and he then flat out asked me if i would kiss him. Do you think he actually has feelings for me or was it just his drunkness talking?
