Do you believe celebrities are adopting children for publicity or because they actually want them?

My favorite movie star who adopted is Hugh Jackman he touched my heart when he and his wife adopted a Multiracial child. He said often multiracial children are looked over and he's so right me being multiracial i could totally relate. The rest of the celebrities im not so sure of well except madonna i know shes not racist. What do you all think?
